World Forest Day was celebrated at the Medicinal Herbal Garden of Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana, with the theme; Forest and Food. As part of the event, students visited nearby fields, interacted with farmers, and analysed the challenges faced by the agricultural community. The event emphasized environmental conservation, encouraging students to participate in tree plantation and practice food waste reduction in daily life. Many students actively shared their experiences related to environmental conservation and expressed a keen interest in protecting nature.
Students were also inspired to visit the Dnyanganga Wildlife Sanctuary, known for its diverse native and medicinal plant species. As a practical step towards conservation, B.
