Academic Planning & Monitoring Board

The academic meeting held on 23/06/2025 with Principal Sir, Academic coordinator and All HODs constituted Academic Program committee (APC) for strengthening the Academic activity of the institute. The committee will act as a nerve centre for all academic matters and shall be responsible for creating and sustaining an environment of academic and professional excellence for students and faculty and a collaborative working environment with educational team members. The APC will take initiative of updating the university curriculum.

Duties of the Program Committee:

  • Periodically reviewing the progress of the classes.
  • Discussing the problems concerning curriculum, syllabus and the conduct ofclasses.
  • Discussing with the course teachers on the nature and scope of assessment forthe course and the same shall be announced to the students at the beginning ofrespective semesters.
  • Communicating its recommendation to the Head of the institution onacademic matters.
  • The Program Committee shall meet at least thrice in a semester preferably at the end of each sessionalexam (Internal Assessment) and before the endsemester exam.
