Rajarshi shahu College of pharmacy Bandana’s NSS Unit, IIC and RSCP Spark Club organized various competition on the occasion of International Women’s Day like Rangoli Competition , Poster, Essay, competition & fashion show on theme of Woman’s Representation of different state in India. Also various games like Musical Chair, Treasure Hunt & Collecting stones were arranged for girl’s students.
Judges for rangoli competion were Prof. Shital Redasani & Prof. Manisha Jawale. Winner of this competition was as follows,

After the games and competition all female staff members were falicited by girls’ students on the occasion of international women’s Day. Prof. Sheetal Redasani Madam was guided girls students. After this guest lecture were organized on the
Topic: “Woman Empowerments: Awareness in society regarding safety and self-defense”.
Resource person for this guest lecture was Mrs. Priyanka Gore (A.P.I., City Police Station, Buldhana). President of this program was Dr. Shirish jain. Program was started with lamp lightening and after that guest felicitation was done. In this session Miss. Vaishnavi Jadhao, Miss. Madhu mali and Mayuri Narwade delivered their views on the occasion of Women’s Day. After this, Mrs. Priyanka Gore mam guided girl’s students on safety precaution to be taken while using and social media and while representing herself as woman to society. She also highlighted importance of Women’s Empowerment. And at the end, present of program Dr. Shirish Jain guided and wished girls students. They told to that, RSCP girls should work for spreading awareness in society regarding equalities in males and females and they aware girls students that ,Freedom should be taken in positive way. For rangoli and Poster Competition student’s coordinator was Miss. Sonal Lawale and Miss. Dipali Nagare. For games arrangement and program was hosted by Miss. Rutuja Kalaskar and Miss. Akansha Kulkarni. Achoring during fashion show was done by Miss. Rucha Takalkar. Anchoring of guest lecture was done by Miss.Prachi Chopde and Miss. Sonal Bhatkar and Vote of thanks was delivered by Miss Apurva Late. All events was coordinated by Prof. Snehal Deshamane and Prof. Rohit Salkute and Convener of this program was Dr. Shirish Jain, Co-convener was Dr. Prakash Kendre. For successful conduction of this event ,Dr. Shailesh Kewatkar(IIC Head), Dr. Vijay Borkar(NSS advisory Head), Miss. Meena Bhalake, Mr. Dipak Bhusari, Mr. Abdul Majid, Mr. Pandurang Bhosale were guided. RSCP always celebrate this day to highlight importance women in society. All NSS Volunteers worked tirelessly to make this full day event successful.
