An IQAC initiative, Career Development Cell, Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana organized a Certificate Course on ‘Soft Skills & Personality Development’ was conducted during 8th –11th September 2025.
This enriching program was held under the valuable guidance of Principal, Dr. Shirish Jain and coordinated by Dr. Somnath Swami Vibhute (Head, Career Development Cell). The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Nitin Patil, Founder and Director Uttung Bharari Training Academy, Mumbai. Mr. Nitin Patil engaged students in highly interactive sessions through activities, role-plays, team games, and practical exercises.
Day 1 focused on Positive Attitude, Self-Esteem, and Emotional Intelligence, helping participants build resilience, empathy, and interpersonal relationships.
Day 2 emphasized Communication Skills and Public Speaking, equipping students with confidence, clarity, and the art of impactful expression.
Day 3 highlighted Work Ethics, Time Management, and Adaptability, enabling students to enhance discipline, productivity, and flexibility in professional as well as personal life.
Day 4: Recap and assessment
This program not only helped students sharpen their soft skills but also contributed significantly to their overall personality development, preparing them for future professional challenges.
