A “One Day Teaching Competition” was organized on 04/09/2025atRajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Bandana on the occasion of“Teachers Day”to encourage innovative teaching practices and build student confidence. Several students participated; presenting short teaching sessions on topics of their choice.Participants were evaluated by a panel of experts Including Dr. A.A.Gawai, Dr.D.K.Lokwani, Mr.R.G.Diware, Mr.A.D.Ghodke, Mr. D.R.Kayande, Mr.S.P.Tarapure and Ms.D. Dahake on Content Knowledge, Clarity, Communication skills, use of Teaching aids, and overall presentation. The evaluators appreciated the creativity, enthusiasm, and innovative methods used by the students, while also providing valuable feedback for improvement. Miss Sangita Chavan & Miss Manisha Jawale & Mr Rohit Salkute(NSS Program Officer) has co-ordinated the event of “Teaching Competition”. Prizes were awarded to the best performers, and all participants received appreciation from evaluators. The event proved to be a valuable learning experience, fulfilling its objective of promoting effective and engaging teaching skills.Dr. S. P. Jain Sir has given the conclusive remarks for the “Teachers Day”
