Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana successfully organized an online workshop on “Effective Sales and Marketing Strategies for Start-ups” on Saturday, 31st January 2026 at 12:30 PM under the guidance of the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC). The program aimed to enhance entrepreneurial skills and marketing knowledge among students.
The program was coordinated by Mr. Rohit P. Salkute, who ensured smooth planning and effective execution of the event.
The session began with a warm welcome of the resource person Mr. Dhananjay Kharat (Medical Representative, Torrent Pharma Ltd.) by the respected Principal Dr. Shirish Jain, who felicitated the guest speaker with an E-bouquet and expressed gratitude for accepting the invitation. Dr. Jain also motivated students to actively participate and gain maximum benefit from the workshop.
During the session, Mr. Dhananjay Kharat delivered an informative and interactive talk on effective sales techniques, modern marketing strategies, customer engagement, branding, and business growth opportunities for start-ups. His real-world industry experiences provided valuable insights and practical guidance to the participants.
The workshop witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and faculty members. Participants actively engaged in the discussion and clarified their doubts during the interactive segment.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Shailesh Kewatkar, who expressed sincere appreciation to the resource person, Principal, organizing committee, and all participants for making the event successful.
