Seminar on “Start-Up Legal and Ethical Steps”

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana, through its Startup and Innovation Cell in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), organized a guest lecture on “Start-Up Legal and Ethical Steps” for UG, PG, and Diploma Pharmacy students on 23/03/2026.

The resource person for the session was Dr. Ashish Gawai, Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana. The program commenced with the felicitation of the guest by the Principal and IIC members, followed by a brief introduction of the speaker.

During the session, Dr. Ashish Gawai highlighted the importance of startups and entrepreneurship in the current competitive environment. He explained the fundamental concepts of startup development, innovation, and business planning. The speaker emphasized the significance of legal ethics in entrepreneurship, including intellectual property rights, regulatory compliance, professional responsibility, and ethical decision-making in business operations.

Through real-life examples and interactive discussions, he motivated students to explore entrepreneurial opportunities and develop ethical leadership skills. The session enabled students to understand the legal framework governing startups and the importance of maintaining integrity and transparency in business practices.

The lecture was highly informative and interactive, receiving an enthusiastic response from the participants. Students gained valuable insights into entrepreneurship, startup management, and legal ethics, which will help them in their future professional and business endeavors.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by the Program Coordinator, expressing sincere gratitude to the guest speaker for sharing his valuable knowledge and experiences with the students.
