Under the guidance of our Principal, Dr. Shirish Jain, the Career Development Cell, Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana, successfully organized a ‘Mock Interview and Guidance’ Session on 27th July 2026.
We were privileged to host Mr. Vikas Warade, Chief Group Manager, Fresenius Kabi, Pune, as the resource person.
The first session featured a live mock interview for a Quality Assurance (QA) position, where Miss Sanskruti Khiratkar appeared as the candidate. The interview simulated an actual pharmaceutical industry recruitment process, providing students with valuable insights into QA-specific technical questions, GMP expectations, professional communication, and interview etiquette.
In the second session, Mr. Warade interacted with the students and shared practical guidance on preparing for QA careers, interview strategies, industry expectations, and the technical as well as professional competencies required to succeed in the pharmaceutical industry. The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating and seeking valuable career guidance.
