Ms. Janhavi Gadhe, a student of Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana, delivered an outstanding performance by securing second place in the Olympic-level Triathlon Distance Competition held at Nashik-Saykheda.
The challenging competition comprised three demanding sporting events: 1.5 km swimming, 40 km cycling, and 10 km running. Janhavi successfully completed all three stages consecutively without a break, demonstrating exceptional physical fitness, remarkable endurance, and tremendous mental determination.
The competition began with a 1.5 km swimming segment, followed by 40 km of cycling and concluded with a 10 km running segment. Completing all three challenging stages consecutively and securing second place is a remarkable achievement in her sporting journey.
Along with her academic pursuits, Janhavi has consistently participated in swimming, cycling, and running, maintaining an excellent balance between education and sports. Her remarkable accomplishment has added another feather to the cap of Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy.
Notably, Janhavi Gadhe had previously completed an impressive 450 km cycling journey from Buldhana to Pandharpur. Continuing her inspiring sporting journey, she has expressed her determination to undertake a 600 km cycling challenge in the future. Her ambitious goal reflects her perseverance, dedication, and commitment to continuous improvement in the field of sports.
In recognition of her outstanding achievement, Janhavi Gadhe was heartily congratulated by the President of Dwarka Bahuuddeshiya Gramin Vikas Foundation, Respected Shri Dhurpatraoji Sawale Saheb, and the Principal of Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Dr. Shirish Jain.
