Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Shirish Jain, Career Development Cell, Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana, organised a Mock Interview and Guidance Session for our Postgraduate students on 18th July 2026.
The part of the session began with a live mock interview of our postgraduate student, Mr. Vikram Munjwar, conducted by Mr. Anand Bhusare, Sr. Scientist (F&D), Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. This real-time interview provided valuable insights into industry expectations, technical questioning, and professional communication.
In the second session, Mr. Bhusare interacted with all postgraduate students, sharing practical guidance on interview preparation, R&D career opportunities, technical competencies, and the professional skills expected by the pharmaceutical industry.
The session was highly interactive, with students enthusiastically raising several career- and interview-related queries, all of which were addressed with practical examples and insightful explanations by Mr. Bhusare.
He also appreciated the continuous efforts of our institution in preparing students for successful industry careers through such career-oriented initiatives.
