Cornell Maha60 District Outreach Program conducted in association with District Industry Center Buldhana and Cornell University, Ithaca USA. The Additional District Collector Honorable Shri Sunil Vinchurkar inaugurated the function. He motivated students to have the mindset of businessman. He urged students to be serious about start up and innovation.
The Principal Dr. Shirish Jain welcomed the dignitaries
and highlighted the various activities carried out by the institute to promote entrepreneurship among the students. He appreciated the efforts taken by District Industry Center(DIC) Buldhana.
The General Manager of District Industry Center, Buldhana explained the theme of this workshop and promised every possible support to the students for start ups. Mr. Sandesh Kamble-Executive Director XED Executive Development explained the various schemes and benefits under Cornell Maha60. Mr. Mukund Tiwari-Manager IDBI Capital elaborated the financial assistance rendered by IDBI Capital. Mr. Sadique Babla –Managing Director Babla Group of Industries, Buldhana and our Governing Body member urged students to opt for entrepreneurship as a career option and explained the skill set required for being an entrepreneur. He also described how he started his journey and how he developed the group of industries. Mr. Manoj Burad-Managing Director Chips Buldhana elucidated how to explore opportunities for entrepreneurship and shared his experience with students. Mr. Dattatray Kadu- Industrial Inspector expressed gratitude towards the speakers and organizer Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana. Vice-principal Dr. Prakash Kendre interacted with the guests.
Mr. Ganesh Gupta-Project Officer MCED, Buldhana and Miss Nisha Nighade-Industrial Inspector, DIC Buldhana along with their colleagues were present for this workshop. Mr. Somnath Swami Vibhute, our TPO, coordinated the event. The program was effectively hosted by our students Miss Pranjal Jadhav and Mr. Suyog Shelke.
