Under the guidance of Principal Dr. Shirish Jain, Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana, through its Career Development Cell in association with IQAC, successfully organized a One Week Workshop on “Employability with Empathy for Girls” from 17th to 23rd August 2026, in collaboration with Mahindra Pride Classroom and Naandi Foundation.
The workshop focused on enhancing students’ employability skills, communication, confidence, professional attitude, and empathy, empowering them to become career-ready and socially responsible professionals.
