The NSS unit of Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana, celebrated the birth anniversaries of Swami Vivekananda and Rashtramata Jijau. The program began with the offering of floral tributes to the portraits of Swami Vivekananda and Rashtramata Jijau. Following this, the respected president of the program, Dr. Shirish Jain, welcomed the chief guest by presenting a bouquet.
The chief guest, Mr. Santosh Gore, Secretary of Vivekanand Aashram, Hiwara, shared insightful thoughts on the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and their relevance to today’s youth.
Dr. Shirish Jain, Principal of Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, emphasized the importance of Swami Vivekananda’s ethics in the modern era. The event was also attended by Mr. Sachin Jadhav (GPAT guide), Mr. Satish Sarkate, Dr. Shailesh Kewatkar, Dr. Subhash Deshmane, Mr. Satish Shelke, Miss Manisha Jawale , Miss Snehal Deshmane, and other teaching staff.
The event was introduced by Mr. Rohit Salkute, NSS Program Officer, and moderated by Miss Mamta Chavan and Miss Pooja Tomar. The success of the program was made possible by the hard work and dedication of all the NSS volunteers.
