An online expert session on “Process of Innovation Development & Technology Readiness Level (TRL) & Commercialization of Lab Technologies & Tech-Transfer” was held on 22 Feb 2025. Mr. Varun Agrawal was the guest speaker.
In his address, Mr. Varun Agrawal explained the process of the innovation development and its stages. Citing an example of his own venture and keeping users in mind at every stage of process, Mr. Agrawal, elaborated the process of Technology Readiness and commercialisation of the technology. Further, Mr. Varun Agrawal explained how the technology transfer from innovator to industry takes place.
He highlighted the role of Prototyping Lab in Innovation Development & Technology Readiness. He requested participants to avail various Schemes like Virtual Innovation Register, Provisional Patent Scheme and boost their innovation and commercialize their technology.
