Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana hosted a four-day workshop on the topic “Skill Development Program” sponsored by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati for Final Y. B. Pharm students from February 05th to February8th, 2025. The workshop commenced with an inaugural address by Dr. Shirish Jain, the Principal of RSCP, who also welcomed the first day’s guest speaker, Dr. Vaibhav Adhao from Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur.Dr. Deepak Lokwani provided an overview of the program’s four-day schedule, which encompassed a total of ten informative sessions.On the first day of workshop, the eminent speaker discussed topics such Goal Setting and Character, Ethics & Moral. On the second day, Mr. Amol Karmarkar, Director, Industry Relation Training and Placement,Shushila Suryawanshi Management Institute of Technology Advancement, Amravatielaborated on various soft skills topics, including Motivation, Time Management and Resume Writing.
On third day of program, Prof. Harshali Patil from Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering in Shegaon, District Buldanaguided the students on the finer points of Presentation Skills, Group Discussion and Interview Skills.On the fourth and final day, Dr. Prashant Ajmire, Professor, Dr. Rajendra Gode Institute of Pharmacy, Amravati, shared valuable insights on Verbal Communication and Non-Verbal Communication. All the eminent speakers added an engaging dimension to the learning experience by incorporating a variety of interactive activities.Dr. Deepak Lokwani addressed the students at the valedictory function, congratulating them on their successful completion of the programme. The students expressed their feedback for the workshop, with one of the final-year students extending a vote of thanks.
