Session on “Lean Start-Up and Minimum Viable Products/Business.”

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldhana, organized a hybrid session featuring Mrs. Anita Saini, Trainer Securities Market at the Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as Resource Person for PFRDA, NISM, NCDEX, and NCFE. Mrs. Saini shared her knowledge on “Lean Start-Up and Minimum Viable Products/Business.” The event was well-attended by students and faculty eager to learn about start-up methods, innovation, and business growth.Mrs. Anita Saini explained the Lean Start-Up approach in simple terms, focusing on how to test ideas quickly and improve them based on feedback. She highlighted the importance of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to try out business ideas with minimal resources. She also discussed the difference between start-ups and traditional businesses and shared practical tips for innovation and building successful businesses.The session ended with an interactive Q&A, where Mrs. Saini answered questions from the audience about starting and running a business. Her clear and practical advice inspired everyone and helped them understand how to create and grow successful ventures in today’s competitive world. The session was a great success, leaving attendees motivated and better equipped for entrepreneurship.
