Rajarshi Shahu college of Pharmacy, Buldana organized Shiv Jayanti, the birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the founder of the Maratha Empire, is celebrated with great enthusiasm in India, particularly in Maharashtra on 19/02/2025. The celebration aimed to foster a sense of pride and awareness among students about Raje. Miss Manisha Jawale and Miss. Mamata Chavan coordinated the event.
In Shivjayanti Respected Principal sir, All Teaching and Non – Teaching staff were present. All Dignitaries candled the lamp before statue of Goddess saraswati & Chhtrapati ShivajiRaje Bhosale, followed by felicitations of dignitaries our Respected Principal Dr. Shirish Jain Sir, Vice principal P. N. kendre, Academic Coordinator Mr. Subhash Deshmane, PG coordinator Dr. A. Gawai, Mr. and S. Vibhute, Head of Department Pharmacognosy Dr. Shailesh Kewatkar, Dr. Deepak Lokwani, Mr. Sachin Borikar, Ms. Rupali Dhani, Ms.Meena Bhalke, Ms. Manisha Jawale, Ms. Megha Dalvi.
Afterwards Honorable Principal sir delivered an inspiring lecture on Chhtrapati Shivaji Maharaj contributions to nation-building and the importance of Maratha kingdomin contemporary India& innovative military strategies and efficient administration of Raje. Morever Students pay homage to Shivaji Maharaj through various events and ceremonies: Cultural programs featuring dance, drama, and music are organized, Statues of ShivajiMaharaj are decorated with flowers, and processions are held, students often wear traditional attire, showcasing Maratha culture students tell stories of his bravery.Some Teaching and Non-Teaching staff also delivered motivational speech. Additionally Respected sir gives wishes to all RSCP member’s. This program indicated a strong appreciation for the initiatives and a desire for more such events in the future in RSCP Family.
