topic "for Final Y. B. Pharm students from May 10th to May 13th, 2022. The event was

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana hosted a four-day workshop on the topic “skill development program” sponsored by Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati for Final Y. B. Pharm students from May 10th to May 13th, 2022. The event was inaugurated by the Hon’ble HODs of RSCP, who welcomed the first day’s guest speaker, Prof Sachin Gawai, Assistant Professor, Late B. S. Arts, Prof. N. G. Science, and A. G. Commerce College, Sakharkherda, Buldana. Dr. Deepak Lokwani introduced the four-day programme schedule, which included a total of ten sessions. The eminent speaker discussed topics such as motivation and goal setting on the first day. On the second day, Prof. Mukesh Babhulkar, Assistant Professor, Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur, Buldana, spoke about resume writing, group discussions, and interview techniques. On the third and fourth days, the guest speaker Prof. Vaibhav Adhao, Associate Professor, Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur, Buldana, discussed about various soft skills such as verbal communication, non-verbal communication, teamwork, time management, character, moral, and ethics. All eminent speakers have made learning interesting and fun for students by conducting a variety of activities. Dr. P. N. Kendre addressed the students at the valedictory function, congratulating them on their successful completion of the programme. Dr. Deepak Lokwani has expressed vote of thanks to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati, respected principal S. P. Jain, vice-principal Dr. P. N. Kendre, all guest speakers, all teaching, non-teaching and supporting staffs and students of RSCP, Buldana.
