As per the direction of Government of India unveiled its plans to celebrate surgical strike Day on 29 September, to commemorate the cross-border operation India had carried out against terror camps in Pakistan two years ago.
Surgical Strike Day celebration organized in the college, for this celebration Retd. Commandant Mr. Ashok Raut Sir, Indian Neavy invited as chief guest , Dr. S.P. Jain Sir Principal of institute were present as president of program. The guests were welcomed by floral bouquets ,shawl, shriphal & token of honor.
Commandant Mr. Ashok Raut Sir, address the students, they focus on background of the surgical strike. It was essentially swift and targeted attack on specific target that aims to neutralise them while ensuring minimum collateral damage to surrounding areas, general public infrastructure, vehicles, buildings, utilities and most importantly civilians. Neutralisation of targets with surgical strikes also prevents escalation to full blown war between two countries. They also share his experience about how our soldier living in unfavorable condition for the protection of our nation.
