Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy, Buldana hosted a four-day workshop on the topic “skill development program” sponsored by SantGadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati for Final Y. B. Pharm students from November 23th to November 26th, 2022. The event was inaugurated by the Hon’ble HODs of RSCP, who welcomed the first day’s guest speaker, Prof. VaibhavAdhao, Associate Professor, Dr.RajendraGode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur,Dr. Deepak Lokwaniand Mr.MangeshDeokarintroduced the four-day programme schedule, which included a total of ten sessions. The eminent speaker on first day discussed topics such as motivation and goal setting on the first day. On the second day, the guest speaker Prof. VaibhavAdhao, discussed about various soft skills such as verbal communication, non-verbal communication, teamwork, time management, character, moral, and ethics. On the third day, Prof. Mukesh Babhulkar, Assistant Professor, Dr.Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Malkapur, Buldana, spoke about presentation skill, group discussions, and time management. On the fourth day, Dr. D. L. Bahde, Associate Professor Shri D. M. Burungale Science and Art’s College, Shegaon ,discussed about resume writing and interview skill. All eminent speakers have made learning interesting and fun for students by conducting a variety of activities. Dr. Deepak Lokwani addressed the students at the valedictory function, congratulating them on their successful completion of the programme. The one of the student has also expressed vote of thanks to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati,respected principal S. P. Jain, Vice-principal Dr.P. N. Kendre, all guest speakers, all teaching, non-teaching and supporting staffs and students of RSCP, Buldana.
