1st Dec. The World AIDS Day is celebrated everywhere in India the main objective of this programe is to create awareness about the symptoms, causes and preventives of the pandemic disease HIV/AIDS that has taken unprecedented number of lives.
Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy participated in an AIDS awareness drive program organised by District AIDS PREVENTION AND CONTROL UNIT BULDHANA. In this program all NSS volunteers of Colleges in Buldhana were gathered at Civil Hospital Buldhana and counselling sessions and Rally was organized under the presidency of Dr. Bhagwat Bhusari,Co-Incharge ,District Civil Hospital,Buldhana. Mr Pramod Tale(HIV Awareness, District Program Officer), Dr Lata Bahekar counselor, Dr.Shirish Jain( Principal,RSCP) ,Prof Rohit Salkute(NSS, Program Officer), Prof. Dipak Bhusari, Prof Snehal Deshmane (Woman Program Officer) All the dignitaries from different colleges and all present students were took pledge of HIV AIDS AWARENESS. For arranging awareness drive about HIV in society, our college the appreciation certificate. After the awareness rally, the program ended by singing the National Anthem in the presence of all Staff, Students.
