World Pharmacist Day Celebration

Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy Buldana and IQAC and NSS unit celebrated “World Pharmacist Day” on 25 th September2025.On the occasion of Pharmacist Day we have we arranged Virtual National Level Reels Making Competition and Extempore known as RSCP Manthan. The theme of this year was: “Think Health, Think Pharmacist”. Students haveparticipated from the various region in reel Making competition. The coordinator of this event was Miss. Megha Dalvi and Miss. Manisha Jawale Madam. Evaluators for this competition were Dr. Sangam Kanthale and Mr. Amol Ghodke. They evaluate the reel competition on basis of the rules given for reels making and also evaluated the extempore on the basis of theme. From this activity students encourage the public to seek pharmacists’ advice for preventive care, medication management, and health screenings, strengthening the pharmacist-patient relationship. Awareness campaigns educate the public on the safe and rational use of medicines, providing information on drug interactions, side effects, and adherence to prescribed treatments. The event was conducted successfully with the support of all the members. We are thankful to the Hon’ble management and Principal sir for the support in conducting this event.
