RSCP was more than a college to me. Its a privilege to be connected to this institution. A place where I gained knowledge at best which is needed for survival in the outer world. The environment of RSCP was very nice just like a family. The teachers were like a backbone for me, friends were the reason for my smile and juniors were like younger siblings. Everyone recognized my talent with open arms always. An Amazing institution that teaches you self discipline, confidence, and problem-solving essential traits to start your journey.

The RSCP helped me to find an internship in a Plethora of Pharmaceutical companies for summer break, thus combining theoretical knowledge with the practical one. I worked in the pharma industry and began to integrate into the industrial culture. Fast forward two years, and I’ve concluded my masters in the specialization of Pharmaceutics and gained immense knowledge regarding Research and Development of various Pharmaceutical Formulations, learned Research Methodology, Quality Control of Pharmaceutical Products, Drug Regulatory Affairs, Novel Drug Delivery, Industrial Pharmacy, etc. Along with it I worked as a Teacher Assistant for Two years and taught Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Biochemistry.

In the present era of competition “Quality” assumes greater importance. In the current scenario, only those institutes will survive who are capable of producing Academics Excellence as well as students’ personal development.
