Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy (RSCP), Buldhana, successfully hosted the District Level Aavishkar Research Convention 2025, organized by Avishkar Cell, Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University (SGBAU), on 14thNovember 2025. This convention featured the participation of over 330 students from approximately 25 colleges across Buldhana District.
The event commenced with an inauguration ceremony, led by the Hon’ble Chief Guest Dr. Vijay Nagre, Member of Management council of SGBAU, Amravati, Dr. Ajay Lad, Director, IIL, SGBAU, Amravatiand, Dr. Shirish Jain, Principal, RSCP, Buldhana. The program began virtual round of RSCP campus and Saraswati Vandana followed by felicitation of the Hon’ble Chief Guests and all Jury Members.
The buldhana District Coordinator, Dr. Deepak Lokwani, gave a preamble speech about Aavishkar and provided best wishes to all participants for their poster and model presentation. The Hon’ble Chief Guest Dr. Vijay Nagre, Dr. Ajay Lad and Principal Dr. Shirish Jainhad provided a valuable guidance and motivation to all participants. The inaugural ceremony was also graced by Vice Principal Dr. Prakash Kendre, esteemed HODs, and the entire RSCP facultymemebers.
An esteemed Jury panel appointed by the Aavishkar Cell of SGBAU assessed the research posters and models presented by students in their respective categories. These includes

The selected students from each category at the UG, PG, and PPG levels from this event will now advance to represent Buldhana District at the university-level Aavishkar at SGBAU, Amravati.
The valedictory function was graced by presence of Dr. Manisha Kodape, University Coordinator, Avihskar Cell, SGBAU, Amravati.
The program was expertly anchored by Prof. Sangita Chavan and Prof. Dwiptesha Dhake, with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Shrikant Kriwale. This event was made possible by the dedicated efforts of RSCP’s teaching staff, the invaluable support of office and non-teaching staff, and the commitment of student volunteers, ensuring smooth operations throughout the convention.
The District Level Invention Research Convention 2025 has not only highlighted the talent within students of Buldhana district but has also inspired students to pursue research, reinforcing the importance of innovation within the academic community.
