On the occasion of “World No Tobacco Day”, Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy organized a Wall Space Activity based on the World No Tobacco Day 2026 theme, “Unmasking the Appeal: Exposing Industry Tactics on Tobacco and Nicotine Products.” The activity aimed to raise awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco use and promote a tobacco-free lifestyle through creative student participation.
Students presented informative and innovative wall displays highlighting the health risks of tobacco, tobacco prevention, and the importance of healthy living. The activity was evaluated by Ms. Vaishnavi Pawar, who appreciated the students’ creativity and awareness. The programme successfully enhanced participants’ understanding of tobacco control and encouraged them to become responsible advocates for a healthier, tobacco-free society.
