Youth Festival 2018-19 was organized in by Sant Gadge Baba Amaravati University at Shri. Shivaji Art and Science College, Akola. Rajarshi Shahu College of Pharmacy give exposure to 31 Students among all students who were selected from auditions at college level in this event. These students actively participated in different events such as Theater, Music, Literary events and Fine Arts. It was four day scheduled event (26th -29th sept 18) started on 26th Sept with inauguration in presence of honorable Vice Chancellor of S.G.B.A.U. ,Amaravati.On Day first Literary events was organized in which Aditya Gawande (B.Pharm 3rd yr), Miss. Priya Singh (B.Pharm 3rd yr) and team members are show their presence of mind as well as brief subject knowledge about given topics in Elocution and Debate Competition and appreciation from audience. On Day Second,27th sept Quiz Competition and Group Singing was held in which Miss. Roshani Helge(B.Pharm 3rd yr) and her troop were sung outstanding “Ae Mere Vatan ke logo” song made all audience to have water in their eyes for soldiers who save our country from intruder. On Day Third, 28th sept All the theatre events was organized such as One Act play , Mime and Skit. One act play was performed by Sagar Mawale(B.Pharm 2nd yr) and Miss. Suchita Gadade(B.Pharm 3rd yr) who were in lead role of this drama which was highlighted important issue like “Corruption in media”. The acting of each every performer from this act touched every ones heart. Vicky Ambilkar (B.Pharm 3rd yr) and his team show their talent in act like Mime. Hrishikesh Lahudkar (B.Pharm 2nd yr) and his team was performed a very funny Skit in front Audience and make them laugh at extreme level.On last day,29th sept, The Four-day festival felicitated students for their creative expression and organized skill for all to promote students. Students who were participated enjoyed overall events and inculcate experience from prize winning performance of these events.Under the guidance and strong support of our respected Principal Dr. S.P. Jain sir, Mr. R.P. Salkute (Youth Fest. In charge) and Mr. Fahim Memon (Youth Festival In charge) taken the responsibility to represent college in youth Festival.
